| SCORE! C'est moi, avec Eddie Izzard, backstage at the Coronet Theater on May 12, 2006, where he was performing a work-in-progress, prepping for an upcoming tour. He was incredibly gracious and sweet; we even talked about my torn rotator cuff, since Eddie has the same malady and is facing surgery himself. I was, natch, happy to talk about myself, sharing my thoughts and frustrations (and a bit of advice) vis-a-vis my explorations of the inner workings of my right shoulder. In my mind, we're mates for life. |

That's me wrapped in a bear hug by Mandy Patinkin, star of stage, screen and television -- Emmy winner, Tony winner, currently appearing in CBS' "Criminal Minds" Wednesday nights at 10:00 p.m. If you want to know how I ended up in his arms (and stuck to his lips, I might add, a kiss instigated by him), you'll have to write me and ask. It's a long damn story, and I don't feel like writing it all out right now.
